On November 2014, Times King City (Qingyuan) undertook a collective house handover of buildings 1 to 11, Phase I and first welcomed nearly 700 owners home. Additionally, the scene of house handover conveyed a clear handling procedure and was made more personal by the fact that each owner was provided a progress card to remind him or her of several key preparations.
