The commencement ceremony of Times Property Chunshuli (Gunagzhou) was held on the morning of March 31, 2015, on Ruihe Road, Science City, in the Guangzhou Development Zone. General Manager Mr. Li Shao’ai, of the Guangzhou Branch (North); General Manager Ms. Li Weihong, of the Guangzhou Branch (South); Assistant to the President, Mr. Qiu Ping; and Vice President of the Human Resources and Legal Center, Mr. Li Qiang, attended the ceremony in the company of government officials from Luogang Village. 

Fireworks exploded and colorful balloons floated skyward as the ceremony got underway.
