A 10-kilometer hiking activity, under the banner "Stride Forward, Great Beauty of Sanshui" got underway at nine o'clock in the morning on May 24, 2015 at the main entrance of Sanshui Southwest Park. Owners of Times City (Foshan) and more than 3,000 citizens from various districts of Sanshui joined together and put their "best foot forward" in witness to the splendor of the region.

Among the many participants on the hiking team, the parade counted among its ranks more than 100 owners of Times City (Foshan). The group held in a remarkably orderly formation despite its large scale, and created a memorable scene.

It is reported that the activity, hosted by the Upgrading Office of Sanshui District, started a route at the main entrance of Southwest Park, proceeded to the east entrance of Southwest Park; to Kangle Road; to 9 residential communities; to the Sanshui Commercial Center; along Guanghai Avenue; to East Huancheng Road; to the water platform of Zuo’an Park; to Sanjiang Shuiyun Plaza of Southwest Creek; and on to Zuo’an Park. The entire distance was approximately 10km, and throughout the hike the participants could enjoy the inspiring scenery. The light rain that fell that day couldn't diminish the group's enthusiasm. Such was the joy of the even that the owners of Times City (Foshan) spontaneously took part in the competition and Times City (Foshan) organized a huge "pep squad" to keep the owners motivated.

The three-year action plan for the upgrading of Sanshui District concludes in 2015, and the effects of urban development have done a great deal for the area's prosperity. Embodying that development, Sanshui Beijiang New Area, which is hailed as the "pacemaker of Sanshui's private economy," experienced dramatic growth. As the core project of Beijiang New Area, the development of Times City (Foshan) is a benchmark of progress. Over the six-year period from 2010 to 2015, Times City (Foshan) has developed into a mature major developer with more than a million square meters of property. In addition to offering a rich community environment in which people can live, it contributed mightily to the development of the general economy.
