Cultural activities in communities are essential in improving homeowners’ physical health, strengthening the bond among neighbors and enhancing a sense of happiness for both new and old homeowners. On October 17^th, 2015, the final for the First Homeowners’ Badminton Match held by Times King City (Changsha) was successfully concluded in cheers and applauses.

Registration for the game started on September 24^th, and since then, the game had gained enormous attention from the homeowners and the number of players kept increasing. Fierce competition in the final on October 17^th was extremely eye-catching and exhilarating. Mr. Shu Su, Vice General Manager of Times Property (Changsha), Mr. Wang Sheng, General Manager of Times Property Management (Changsha) and Ms. Luo Yumei, staff from the Personnel Administration Department of Times Property (Changsha) attended the event and presented the prizes to the winners.

The badminton match was part of the campaign to build “Livable Times and Happy King City” put forth by Times King City (Changsha). Since its inception, community-building efforts have been growing vigorously and the neighborly relations are marching steadily towards in an atmosphere of happiness and harmony.

This July witnessed the launching ceremony of community-building work and the start of the homeowners’ party, marking that the community building work was officially on the right track. At the same time, the Community Volunteer Service Station was officially inaugurated, which consisted of the Art Society, the Sports Society and the Charity Club. All these efforts are made for realizing the "Five Excellents" and are aimed to achieve the goal of “Happy life and Harmonious Neighborhood”.

In August and September, Times King City (Changsha) held a series of activities, including the First Children’s Painting Competition and the Philanthropic Auction, the Fourth Homeowners’ Basketball Match, the Mid-Autumn Gathering and the Culinary Skills Sharing Session. These activities helped construct a happy and livable community. They also signify that a meritorious mega-community, which is full of love and vigor, is now in the making.

This badminton match is only one small step in the process. Subsequently, Times King City (Changsha) will continue to reaffirm and sustain its efforts in constructing “A Livable Era and A Happy King City”. More community activities will be carried out and organized to further strengthen the neighborly bond and enhance homeowners’ sense of belonging and happiness.
