The 2015 China Real Estate Brand Value Research Result Briefing and 12th China Property Brand Development Forum was held in the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujin Hotel at 14:00 on 11th September. The event was jointly organized by the Research Institute of Enterprises of the Development and Research Center of the State Council, the Real Estate Institute of Tsinghua University, and the China Index Academy. The 2015 Property Service Leading Brand Certificate was released to the winners based on a comprehensive evaluation of eight parameters including the brand awareness, satisfaction rate, loyalty, market share, development speed and brand support.
