The staff carried out on-site examination, an important part of "Safe and Secure Home" activity, on the locks of the doors, the video interphones, the windows and balcony, and the water, electricity and gas systems inside the apartment or house to check the quality of the video and sound of interphones, the safety of the sockets, the status of electricity cords, the integrity of the gas pipes and the water pipes, the drainage condition of the sewage and the floor drainage pipes... The staff even checked each switch and faucet inside the apartment to make sure that all the problems could be rectified immediately and solutions could be provided within three days for complex situations. There were in total 1,413 problems identified during the activity, 1,299 among which were solved immediately, and the rest of which were followed up.
