The newly-elected district mayor of Baiyun District, Su Xiaopeng, led a delegation of over ten government officials to Times Culture Complex and the Guangzhou Migrant Worker Museum on the morning of Nov 25^th. Shen Peng, Vice  General Manager of Guangdong Chidea Company, received the delegation on behalf of the company. Times Culture Complex, the star project of Guangdong Chidea, has been the place of field visit and case studies for over 200 delegations since it initially opened its door to the public.

·Visiting Tour at the Complex

District Mayor Su and his delegation started their tour with the Migrant Worker Museum followed by the conference center and the commercial facilities on campus. Then, they paid a visit to the Government Affairs Center of the Huangshi Neighborhood and the Family Service Center settled in the complex. During the tour, the delegation showed much interest in the installations of migrant workers’ hand imprints, an outdoor exhibition of the Migrant Worker Museum, as well as the Art Center in Block C.

While visiting the area that showcases the life of migrant workers in the museum, Su learned about the history of the old canteen for the migrant workers. He pointed out that the restoration of the canteen would remind people of the old days of the migrant workers. He also encouraged a smart utilization of the facility to provide safe and tasty food for the staff working in the complex.

Su highly recognized the achievement of Times Culture Complex at the end of his visit. As impressed by the full-fledged commercial and art facilities, he also showed his expectation towards the future exhibitions and activities staged by the Art Center. We believe that with the recognition and strong support from the local government authorities and people from all walks of life, our staff will be more dedicated to the planning and operation of the existing and future projects to present a premium innovation park for commercial properties.
