On May 4 which happened to be the Youth Day, YOU+ Apartment of Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan) welcomed an honored guest--Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the CPC Mr. Lu Yi--to the "Vigorous Force of Youth Innovation Community • Foshan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition" held by YOU+ Apartment of Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan). At nine o'clock that morning, Mr. Lu arrived at the square beside the YOU+ Apartment of Times Cloud Atlas (Foshan), where he heard an introduction to the colleges and companies attending the exhibition.

Officials from the province and municipality have attached great importance to the Foshan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition. Thus an entourage of officials led by Secretary Lu attended the forum and discussed the "Foshan Dream" with a group of young makers. Additionally, the officials lauded the programs, which have been honored at the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition at the national, provincial and municipal levels, including Guangdong Hiway Integrated-Circuit Technology, Foshan Angels Biotechnology, and Foshan Liuqi Food Science and Technology, as well as the innovation and entrepreneurship programs of college students from Foshan University, Foshan Polytechnic, Neusoft Institute, Guangdong, and other colleges in Foshan. They described it as a privilege to share the experience of entrepreneurship with such admirable young people.

Subsequent to a tour of the "Vigorous Force of Youth Innovation Community • Foshan Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition," Secretary Lu attended the symposium on "Innovation-Driven Development, and Youth-led Future," where pioneering young makers described their missions and objectives. Secretary Lu listened attentively to the representatives as they delivered their inspiring speeches. 

Attendees to the symposium included not only Internet enterprises and mature startup companies of certain scale, but also entity enterprises and college students as striving business startups. They talked about the development conditions of enterprises, ideas for entrepreneurship, and brilliant entrepreneurial dreams and gave suggestions and advice to the government on how to support the development of enterprises in an effective manner.

Secretary Lu encouraged young business entrepreneurs to pioneer in launching innovation, shoulder enterprise responsibilities, assure that enterprises play the dominant role in the innovation drive and enhance innovation abilities and expressed his hope that young Makers can inherit the entrepreneurship of "being willing to work hard and brave to take responsibilities" from the outstanding old-generation entrepreneurs, run businesses with the "spirit of the craftsman," professionalism and dedication, and to strive for perfection so as to enlarge the company scale by providing more middle- and high-end products and distinctive services.

It is learned that Vigorous Force of Youth Innovation • Foshan Youth Entrepreneurship Exhibition, Physical Display of Pioneer Startups and Foshan College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exhibition will be held at the same time and opened till the end of May. The exhibition is open to the public.
