In the afternoon of May 21, the community of Times Centralpark Living (Guangzhou) held a grand May birthday party for the owners as an expression of thanks for their continuous, enthusiastic support. The event was held at the Marketing Center, where the lucky owners had a memorable time.

The party, entitled "Love and Best Wishes," started at 3:00 p.m. The fun games, luscious birthday cake and the "Happy Birthday" song were a hit with everyone in attendance. 

Moreover, during the ice-breaking section, each family sent a representative to join in the game. Each of the participants not only introduced his or her name and the building in which he or she lived but also had to repeat the information of the owner closest to him/her. Thus the owners were encouraged to show a caring attitude toward their "neighbors," and this encouraged the start of friendships.

Subsequent to the ice-breaking, each owner shared his or her reasons for choosing Times Centralpark Living. One owner said, "One of my friends lives in Times King City (Zengcheng), and I'd always envied him for that. One day, I passed by here incidentally, and found it was also a project developed by the Times Property, so I went in to see what it was like. At first glance I liked it very much, so I bought a home here." Another owner said, "I chose Times Centralpark Living simply because my wife likes it." He was amply rewarded with applause for the willingness to please his wife.

Various interactive games brought all the party-goers together in happiness. The custom-made birthday cake, aglow with candles, helped spread warm feelings throughout the room.

Each birthday owner received a delicious piece of birthday cake at the end of the party, signaling the close of the event amid laughter, joys and happiness. Times Central park Living was happy to share the joy of this wonderful party with the owners, and we look forward to our next gathering.
