      Times Property Management Is Included in 2016 China's Top 20 Property Managers with "Comprehensive Strength"

      The list of China's top 100 property-managementcompanies for 2016 was revealed to the industry and the press on September 21 aspart of the 2016 China Real-Estate Enterprise Brand Value Assessment ResultPress Conference & Real-Estate Brand Development Summit Forum. TimesProperty Management was included as one of 2016 China's top 20 corporations in propertymanagement with respect to "comprehensive strength."


      The previous year, 2015, Times PropertyManagement was ranked sixtieth in the top 100 property managers on the samebasis. Currently, it rounds out the list of China's top 20 property-managementcorporations with respect to comprehensive strength, joining respected namessuch as Vanke, Color Life, Greentown, Country Garden and Gemdale. TimesProperty Management has made significant progress in a short period of time.

      The 2016 China Real-Estate Enterprise BrandValue Assessment Result Press Conference was initiated by two groups: ChinaReal Estate Appraisal and the Shanghai E-house R&D Institute. The in-depthresearch, combined with objective and impartial assessment results, providesimportant reference material for the brand development and improvement ofreal-estate enterprises.

      Growth scale and speed top the industry

      The external expansion of Times PropertyManagement has allowed it to create a presence in the markets of key first-tiercities and regions in 2016. In 2015, the numberof registered users on Linlibang App surpassed 200,000 within three months of itslaunch. Among the industry-leading indicators were the user growth rate, useractivity, number of online transactions and transaction amount.

      Based on the in-depth investigation into clientdemands, Times Property Management comprehensively updated the app in 2016 andincreased 30 core features such as Linli Departure, Linli Finance, Linli Malland Linli School, which not only cater to client demands perfectly but havealso set the industry's new pattern of "Internet + property + community +living."

      Meanwhile, an integrated management and controlplatform--a first in all of China--was launched. Daily service data, complaintsand suggestions, Linlibang data, and information on community equipment andfacilities are all included in the platform. Smart access control has been introducedinto Times communities so that owners can unlock the features just by shakingtheir phones. Additionally, a smart parking system has been implemented.
