On the morning of December 8, 2016, Mr. Zhao Long, a member of the standing committee and chief of the Publicity Department of CPC Committee of Baiyun District, Guangzhou, together with Mr. Zhou Xinliang, director of the Huangshi Subdistrict Office of Baiyun District, took an inspection tour of Times Innovation Park of Culture Complex, accompanied by Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Commercial.

The delegation, which was led by Mr. Zhao Long, praised the Culture Complex for the subtlety of its design. Moreover, many of the participants were surprised by how dramatically the environment and amenities had been changed in comparison to the old plants. They lauded the Culture Complex as a model project and stimulus for the local economy, saying that it has done so by transforming aged premises and upgrading local industrial structures.

Mr. Zhao Long visited New Cinema Road, Culture Complex’s flagship enterprise, where he spoke highly of its efficient development and tax contributions to the local community. Subsequently, he commended the efforts made by Culture Complex to serve as an enterprise service platform and guiding light in industry clustering.

The Culture Complex, a benchmark project developed by Times Commercial, will continue to optimize the industrial structure of the park, improve service capacity and gather external resources. Thus it will ensure that the Innovation Park remains a benign but interactive ecosystem.
