Qingyuan Xilong Real Estate Co., Ltd., a project affiliate of Times Property, was victorious in the heated bidding for state-owned construction plot F0626038 (listing: Q.G.Y.D.G.C. [2016], no. 079) at a total price of RMB 216,000,000, staking its claim at 4 p.m. on December 26, 2016.

The plot, located west of Chengxi Road in close proximity to Times Flower City (Qingyuan) phase I, is to be used as urban residential land for 70 years.
