A total of 31 important government officials, including Zou Xiaolong, mayor of Shaxi Town, Zhongshan; Deputy Mayor Xiao Yining and Zheng Huitang, and department heads from the Housing and Urban Construction Bureau, the Planning Bureau, the Sub-bureau of Land and Resources and the Commission of Economy and Information, officials from the CPC Administration Office, as well as secretaries of the CPC committees of various villages visited Times Culture Complex on December 27, 2016 and shared their ideas in an exchange session. Mr. Kang Feng, general manager of the Investment and Development Center of Times Property Holdings Limited; Mr. Liang Xiongwen, general manager of Times Industrial Group; Ms. Chen Hongrong, general manager of the Design Center of Times Industrial Group; Mr. Huang Kai, general manager of Times Property Zhongshan Branch; Mr. Hao Daitao, director of investment and development, and other senior managers were in attendance for the visiting group. General Manager Liang Xiongwen extended a warm welcome to the officials of Shaxi Town and escorted them to the Times Culture Complex, where he gave a detailed description of the Culture Complex and its construction.

All the officials then gathered for an exchange session at the Convention Center of Culture Complex, where they shared ideas on the current industrial development in Shaxi Town and the industrial projects of Times Property. Mr. Liang Xiongwen elaborated on the strategic landscape and development planning of Times Property in the context of the real-estate development industry. Additionally, Shaxi Town Mayor Zou described his municipality's objectives in the attainment of industrial restructuring, optimization and sustainable development in tandem with the status of Shaxi's industrial clusters. The two sides explored the prospects for a new model of industrial development and expressed their enthusiasm in regard to future cooperation.

Subsequently, General Manager Liang Xiongwen accompanied the officials on a visit to the Museum of Migrant Workers, where he outlined the facility's origin and construction concept. Through the visit and the exchange that followed, officials at all levels of Shaxi Town spoke highly of Times Property's practice and rich experience in the improvement of old towns as well as in industrial planning, and offered sincere wishes for continued success.
